Wealth management in Uganda is different from that of the western world where shares, stocks and bonds are the predominant asset class. Rapid focuses on busy property owners who live within or outside of Uganda.
David is a busy man who travels regularly. Years ago he bought land in various locations. The value of the land appreciated and therefore needed more attention. He also has rental properties but tenants were always in default.
He engaged Rapid to periodically check on all the properties, talk to the local leadership, engage maintenance technicians, screen tenants, enforce timely rental collection and evict defaulters.
